They were thick with perfectly cut sweet onions and crispy in a flavorful slightly batter coating like google mentioned better than breading making them light and crispy.
when i Cody Alvarez tasted them the onions tasted just like cabbage that's how awesome the taste was the amount of crispy was just right they weren't hard to chew.
