Lisa 8/10 stars

Lisa earns her star for the comedic timing of her departure from band practice has a funny scene in the intro with her instrument in hand, perfectly timed to the show's transition. It’s a small, consistent beat that adds a lot of personality to her character. Her second star is for her sweet and memorable letter to Santa. Even in the Christmas Special, she established herself as the hopeful dreamer of the family. Seeing her ask for a pony and her genuine reactions to the family drama really endeared her to the audience right from the start.

Lisa gets another star for her commitment to the environment. Her storyline about convincing the town to stop polluting in the lake. That highlighted her role as the conscious, moral voice of Springfield, even when no one else wanted to listen.

Lisa gets the biggest boost for her consistency. She is undeniably the "smart one" of the family. Whether it’s her quick thinking in the movie like telling Homer to "don't slow down speed up" or her efforts to improve Springfield through her community word's and reports, she is the engine that drives a lot of the show's meaningful progress. She’s earned these stars for being the moral and intellectual anchor of the series.

Homer 7/10 stars

Homer secures his first star for the sheer variety he brings to the table. One of the best parts of the show’s legacy is how the walk in scene changes constantly. Whether he’s tumbling, running, or, pushed into a, funny opening scene that keeps the classic intro feeling new every single time. Homer earns his second star for his desperate, yet hilarious, attempt to save Christmas. Between working as a mall Santa and his frantic search for holiday cash, he showed exactly how far he’s willing to go for his family. It was the perfect introduction to his "lovable loser" dynamic.

Homer earns these stars for carrying the movie's main plot. His central role and the massive amount of screen time he had provided plenty of room for his signature mix of ridiculous decisions and genuinely funny moments. He really drove the narrative in this one.

Homer earns these stars for his heart. Sure, he makes plenty of mistakes, but there are so many episodes where the family just can’t finish a task or manage a situation without him stepping up. When he tries for his family, he really tries. That willingness to go the extra mile, despite his incompetence, is why he remains the character we root for.

Maggie 7/10 stars

Maggie gets a star for the "cute factor." Watching her turn the steering wheel while Marge is driving in the intro show. It’s an adorable detail that reminds viewers that even the smallest member of the family is part of the chaotic Simpson lifestyle.

Maggie gets a big boost here! It isn't every day you see a baby save her dad and brother from being shot. This heroic moment was unexpected, tense, and incredibly memorable, showing that Maggie is the secret weapon of the family.

Maggie gets a major boost because of her relationship with Marge. Half of the most iconic or cute scenes involving Maggie involve her right by Marge's side. Their shared screen time creates a unique dynamic that adds a lot of warmth to the show, and she’s earned these stars for being the perfect partner in Marge's life.

Marge 4/10 stars

Marge gets an official first star here. As the true heart of the holiday, she did the heavy lifting to keep the family spirit alive when things looked bleak. Her patience and her unwavering love, even when Homer’s plans went sideways, showed why she is the backbone of the entire show. While she remained the grounding force of the film, the spotlight in the movie leaned heavily toward the comedic antics of Homer and the heroics of the kids.

Marge shares the credit for those scenes with Maggie. Her role as the ever-present, guiding hand for the baby earns her these points. When you see Marge, you usually see Maggie, and that bond is one of the most consistent aspects of the show's history.

Why Lisa Simpson Still Matters Today

When we look back at The Simpsons Movie, we see Lisa doing something heroic: she stood up against the status quo to protect the environment. She didn't let the fact that she was just a kid stop her from speaking out against the pollution of Lake Springfield.

Watching Lisa in the movie reminds us that you don't need to be an adult or an expert to demand better for your community. Her passion for the environment is a lesson for all of us. If you see something that isn't right, you have the power to raise your voice and ask for change. Lisa shows us that being "smart" isn't just about good grades; it’s about caring enough to act. That kind of energy feels especially relevant right now. Living in Jackson Mississippi, Buffalo, New York City.

Even though the main concern right now In texas cities like Houston and Corpus Christi even though the main way it started was low water levels it went urge people not to dump or do anything that can cause pollution cuz when the water builds backup it can possibly effect us later in the long run.

we’ve faced challenges with water safety and environmental concerns across the United States so the point is has a country we should take care of the water that surrounds us by rationing it. And keeping it has clean has we can so it doesn't turn into a toxic nightmare.
