In robstown at 9:44pm on January 15th 2016 a Buick rendezvous was struck by a 2019 ford ranger that ran the stop sign at the intersection of county road 77 and county road 36 Randy Rubio a 35 year old pronounced dead, his 4 year old child the following morning died the following morning his 12 year old scummbed to injuries, his 5 year old was critically injured transported to Driscoll children's hospital but hasn't been released the preliminary investigation revealed the ford ranger was traveling westbound on county road 36 when it disregarded the stop sign where the rendezvous was struck the impact sent both vehicles off the road way the crash is still under investigation.
