The upcoming iCarly movie is being developed to resolve the major cliffhangers left after the 2023 cancellation of the revival series. Here are the key details that have been confirmed so far. Plot 

The film will finally introduce Mrs. Shay on-screen for the first time. The story will focus on where she has been and why she was absent from Carly and Spencer’s lives. The movie picks up immediately after the revival's Season 3 finale where Carly and Freddie had just gotten engaged before being interrupted by her mother. Nathan Kress has stated the film will provide a satisfying conclusion to the Carly and Freddie romance without another cliffhanger.
